9. Selling and sharing content on qrnorway.com and spass.no
The services and products offered/displayed on qrnorway.com or through partners may be shared by users via QR codes, hyperlinks (URL eg. "https://www.qrnorway.com")For the use of images or material, it must be accepted in advance by the legal owner. 10. Development law and copyright
Smartpass Norway AS is the legal owner and developer of the qrnorway system in its entirety.
11. Dispute
In the event of a dispute, an attempt shall be made to resolve this between both parties - although if this cannot be resolved, the parties shall meet in the Conciliation Council in Oslo in an attempt to be resolved. Should it nevertheless not be resolved, it is stipulated that this will be carried out in the court, Oslo District Court.
